Our commitment. You will receive an allotment letter towards your selected apartment, once we have received 20% of the amount. This is a complete confirmation from our side. Thereafter, the documentation process like registration will follow.
Yes. Our projects have high credibility. LIC HFL, HDFC are happened to be our banks in most cases you can get more details on the same from Office. Company would not allow any third party agents to process the loan and customers should adhere to the company contacts.

In addition to the Apartment square feet cost, we would have Amenities Cost separately.
i)The loan process has to be started on same day of Token amount payment.
ii) Agreement of sale to be done within 10 days from Token amount date paying 20% of the amount
iii) The Flat would be registered within Maximum of 20days from the Token amount payment date.
Registration charges would include Stamp Duty, Documentation charges. Service Tax, VAT are also applicable for our properties. Quotations for all these charges will be furnished on request in our office.
Car Parking space would be allotted on a Lottery basis during the time of Handover of the project to the association.
The specifications and designs have been carefully worked out after considerable research. Keeping in view the completion time, modifications are not permitted.
In case of any Minor modifications those are subjective to feasibility, cost is beared by the Customer.Modifications work would start only after relevant charges are paid in Office. A sample modifications list with their Tariff is as follows

Yesits possible keeping into considerations you let the company know in below timelines.
Dollfine would contact the Owner on given contact numbers primarily at three stages
a) At the time of starting Brick work to see if you need any changes.
b) At the time of installing Electrical Points and Plumbing points.
c) At the time of laying tiles, CP Fittings and Sanitary Ware.
In case of no response from Owner we consider to continue the work with given Company specification.
If any modifications are needed then owners haveto inform the company and purchase those Items on company Name with Bill including VAT.
d) Dollfine Would not allow Cement Shelf's inside the flat . Shelfs are only to be done at the time of Interiors by the customer. Any Modifications effecting Elevations of the Building would not be accepeted. (Balconies , Windows , Wash areas Bathrooms etc., )
e)Dollfine would provide only one French window per flat even thought flats in some cases having multiple balconies.
Kindly note that all the pending dues have to be fully paid before you plan and organize the formal Housewarming or Grihapravesham function. You will also have to formally inform us about the proposed Grihapraveshamfunction date in advance. The complete settlement of account is a pre-requisite for organizing the function.
Carpentry work, false ceiling or any of your customisations can only begin after fully hand overing the Flat to customer(Meaning Company would be completing all the Civil works in the flat with no pendings). This includes you obtaining a NOC (No Dues Certificate) Letter from the company. Once Dollfine Hand over the flat for woodwork, Developer would not be responsible for any further damages, breakages, stains, Cleaning etc., in the flat.
Flat Handover would be done only after full payment of the space and on obtaining a formal NOC (No Dues Certificate).
Dollfine apartments maintenance will be assigned to association during the Handover, in some cases Dollfine would take care of the maintenance subject to applicable charges details for those would be furnished on request in our office
Corpus fund would be collected at the time of Handing over the property to the owners and that would be collected and maintained by the association and not by the Company.
NOTE: Customer would need to provide Post Dated Cheques to the Company in case of any pending amounts towards the flat before Registration. Service Tax, Vat Value's would vary depending on the Agreement value towards the banker Service Would be paid on the whole for all the Flats in the Given month but not on the Individual Flats sold
